1. Content format for LED screens

- The client shall supply the content in following formats for advertising on Digital LED Billboards –

LED Display screen will be operating in "FULL SCREEN" mode.

The advertisement space would be:

384 x 216 [Full screen content] FS1 (Full Screen mode)

[Sizes mentioned above FOUR points are in terms of PIXELs]

LED display screen supports the following FILE formats for the three kinds of content:

STILL formats: JPG, DIB, HAV, JPEG, JFIF, BMP formats

ANIMATED formats: GIF

VIDEO formats: AVI, DAT, M2V, MPEG, WMV, MPG, MPE

Client may provide the DATA in STILL, ANIMATION or VIDEO formats for the above said may be provided for any of the above specific sizes, if not in the same aspect ratio and but not more than the 2 times the size of the segment size. If the content being given is either ANIMATION or VIDEO content, it is suggested that it should be of 12 seconds [field configurable, but pre-defined value] and multiples of 12 seconds thereof.

All the content can be received in CD/DVD media / USB drive / e Mail/FTP etc.

A. We shall schedule the content as per agreement with client and confirm
B. We shall provide log sheet of content played on each screen with timing from system

We shall provide soft picture/video of campaign on mail if required

2. This New Delhi Project has 6 Giant Digital LED Billboards which are high definition, high resolution, highly impact full with clear visibility in full Sun brightness. This is first largest Networked LED screen project being executed in country. These are full color, high brightness, high contrast boards capable of playing video, still images, Animation etc.

3. Digital LED Billboards are being used internationally by advertisers very effectively. This media is considered Very presentable, impact full and state of art for branding and has good recall value. The network being setup is managed centrally and can play still images, Animation and various video formats.

There are 6 LED Billboards planned in various market places of Delhi. 

Six screens currently operational are –

1. PVR Saket – Close to PVR Cinema

2. GK-1 N Block – Close to exit from Car Parking area

3. GK-1 M Block – Near Police Booth in market

4. Defence Colony – Adjacent to Moet Restaurant

5. Lajpat Nagar – Opposite McDonald in 3C Mall

6. New Friends Colony – In front of Café Cofee Day & ICICI Bank

4. About LED Billboards Project in Delhi – There are six LED billboards fully operational as on date and about 25 more are expected to be operational before Commonwealth Games. The screens currently operational are at each at Lajpat Nagar 3C, PVR Saket, GK-1 “N” Block, GK-1 M Block, Defence Colony, New Friends Colony Rest of boards is expected to be operational by 31st August 2010.

• The network of 6 boards will be Asia’s largest LED network in single city.
