PPG Industries Wins Chrysler LLC Award for Adhesives and Sealants
PPG Industries (NYSE:PPG), the world's leading manufacturer of transportation coatings, announced it has won Chrysler's "Best In Competitive Set" Award in the automotive adhesives and sealants category. PPG, the only supplier recognized in the category, received the award at its Adrian, Mich., coatings manufacturing facility.
Paul Itchue, a Chrysler exterior procurement buyer, presented the award -- which honors suppliers scoring high marks for quality, system cost, delivery and technology -- to Ron Nakamura, PPG global director, Chrysler team, and Dennis Kovalsky, PPG vice president, automotive coatings.
