Jaguar Land Rover Engages Agosto for Google Apps Training
Agosto, Inc. (www.agostoinc.com), a provider of efficiency-driving IT managed services, technology resources, SaaS Services, and CIO-level strategy and management to small and medium businesses, announced today that it has completed Google Apps training for Jaguar Land Rover North America (JLR). The company chose Agosto to transform user fear into familiarity, because of its user/analyst knowledge of and experience with the platform.
Jaguar Manager of IT Lance Friedman explained, "Jaguar Land Rover North America hired Agosto to provide onsite training for our employees as a result of our migration from MS Outlook to Google Apps. After searching the Google marketplace for vendors that work with Google Apps and speaking with a number of them, we were most impressed with Aric Bandy's knowledge. He was phenomenal. Prior to the training, he took the time to understand our users' concerns and customized the training to cover those areas. He kept control of the sessions and provided very valuable information. When we implement Google docs, you can bet we'll want Aric back."
Bandy explained, "Concerns focused on switching from a Microsoft-centric view of email and collaboration to the Google way. The training was successful in helping users further understand the full value of Google Apps messaging and collaboration platform. I helped them get their arms around new concepts like email threading. It takes more than a demonstration to reach users. Working with them on integrating Google Apps into their specific workflows gave them a greater appreciation of Google Apps' many significant advantages."
