Inteva Products Highlights Product and Technology Developments at 2012 Global Supplier Summit

Inteva Products introduced several new technology developments and reviewed its expanded product portfolio to 100 top suppliers at its Global Supplier Summit held today in Frankfurt, Germany. CEOs and senior leaders from strategic suppliers in Europe and Asia joined Inteva's top leadership to review growth opportunities in new and emerging markets.

"The expansion in 2011 of our global footprint and product portfolio has brought Inteva a new level of business opportunities in every region of the world we operate," said Inteva President and CEO Lon Offenbacher. "Engaging our strategic suppliers early in the process helps Inteva to be the chosen supplier of value-added innovation in Closure Systems, Roof Systems, Interior Systems, and Motors and Electronics."

Offenbacher announced new facilities under construction in Pune, India and Chengdu, China both of which are expected to open by the third quarter of 2012. He also announced Inteva's Roof Systems operation in Lozorno, Slovakia has expanded its capabilities to support the growth of Interior Systems throughout Europe.

"It is important that we keep our focus and continued commitment to quality, delivery and innovation at the forefront of our supplier relationships. Inteva will host a Supplier Summit for CEOs from supplier companies in The Americas next month at Inteva's World Headquarters in Troy, Michigan.
