Jagemann Precision Plastics (JPP), specializing in over-molded and insert-molded components for the automotive, electronics/connectors and solar markets, recently earned its ISO/TS 16949:2009 Conformance Letter. The letter applies to Jagemann’s Murfreesboro, Ten location.
TS 16949 is an international technical specification composed specifically for the automotive industry as a method of improving the quality and delivery performance of the supply chain. Certification to this standard by an automotive supplier is recognized throughout the automotive industry as meeting all of the rigorous requirements of TS 16949.
“ISO/TS 16949:2009 Conformance represents Jagemann’ s commitment to providing world class quality to the markets it serves, including automotive, solar and industrial”, according to Evan Dungan, Jagemann Precision Plastics, Plant Manager.
Jagemann Precision Plastics was recommended for Conformance by third party registrar Bureau Veritas in August, 2013. Jagemann Precision Plastics expects to receive its certificate of registration in February of 2014. Twelve months of data is required to receive the certificate of registration.
