Teleena (www.teleena.com) has secured a membership with the GSMA, to strengthen its position as a leading global player.  Early this year Teleena launched its Global Mobile Data Service (GMDS), which enables any mobile device manufacturer, machine-to-machine player, or brand to connect cellular mobile devices to hundreds of mobile data networks in any country.  Teleena is now able to provide its rich service stack on a global stage, compliant with the GSMA standards to strengthen interoperability with related telcos.

“We’re constantly enhancing our global partner network and have attracted interest from several large global organizations, which clearly see the benefits of working with Teleena. Gaining GSMA membership helps us contribute to shaping the future of Mobile Networks. This is an important step forward in nurturing existing business and developing new exciting opportunities with global brands”, said Philip Macridis, CEO of Teleena.

“We strive to be at the forefront of the data and Cloud connectivity revolution. It’s apparent that global, uniform, ubiquitous connectivity is becoming a commodity.  We facilitate this shift by creating a faster, richer and seamless customer experience, and by adhering to the GSMA standards we make it easy for partners and clients to work with us. Our new major clients command quality: the GSMA membership is a key pillar to our commitment to provide a World class robust mobile service,” said Arun Dehiri, CCO of Teleena.

“Our mobile Platform as a Service (mPaaS) enables organizations to work with our best of breed cloud-based platform to launch innovative mobile propositions quickly, effectively and with a very competitive total cost of ownership”, Philip Macridis continues. “Organizations get to focus on their core business, while we add mobile cloud connectivity to their service portfolio. We combine the best of both worlds – Telecommunications and the Cloud – to empower big brands to unleash the potential of Mobile Data Connectivity. With the GSMA, we can do this in line with industry recognized standards”.
