Camito and SwePart Verktyg have received an order for two large progressive tools weighing a total of 35 tonnes from Gnotec Mefa. The order includes construction, casting, as well as production and delivery of trimmed production
equipment. The end customer is one of the world’s leading truck manufacturers.
“It is very satisfying to have secured this deal in tough competition thanks to mutual strength and intelligent complete solutions”, says Rolf Mastenstrand, CEO at Camito AB.

The order includes complete delivery of two progressive tools with a total weight of
35 tonnes. Camito Technology Center will do the casting, machining and completion
of the entire tools will be done at SwePart Verktyg. Production and delivery will take
place during the summer and autumn of 2009.
Gnosjögruppen AB is an international group that has 700 employees in Sweden,
Slovakia, Germany and Hong Kong. The turnover is about 1 billion SEK (110 mio
EUR). The business consists of two divisions:
> The division Gnotec, mainly aiming at the European automotive and engineering
industry in certain niche markets. The Gnotec division is a qualified subcontractor of
sheet metal components for the automotive and other engineering industry.

> The division Childsafety that develops, manufactures and markets its own product
range of harness systems and accessories for child seats.

NovaCast Technologies, listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange (NCAS B), develops and
markets enhanced castings for the production of car body parts, as well as software for
methoding, simulating and process control for more efficient production processes to the
global automotive industry and its subcontractors. With the Camito technology enhanced castings are manufactured in one solid piece for the production of dies for forming stamping automotive body components in a considerably shorter time than traditional dies. Through die manufacturer SwePart the group has expertise within the whole value chain for the production and sales of stamping dies.
