Scuderi Group Expands European Operations

The Scuderi Group, developers of what is expected to be the most fuel efficient internal combustion engine, announced today an expansion of its European operations.

Michael Eisenbeis has been named director of European operations, supporting Lutz Deyerling, vice president of European operations. In his role, Eisenbeis will coordinate all European activities as well as the preparations for a future IPO. Previously, Eisenbeis worked as managing director for Fin Tuition Ltd., a leading training consultancy for banks in London and has worked several years in investment baking, equity capital markets and equity research.

The Scuderi Group also moved to a new location in Frankfurt, opening new offices in the city center. The new office address is: Scuderi Group Europe, Goethestrasse 18, 60313 Frankfurt Germany.

“At the moment we are in discussions with 16 of 20 of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers and have already begun licensing negotiations with some,” said Deyerling. “Expanding our European headquarters in Frankfurt is perfect for steering our European business with the automotive industry as well as the financial community in preparation for the IPO.”

The Scuderi Air-Hybrid Engine is expected to provide significant improvements in the area of power, efficiency and environmental protection. The first prototype, based on a gasoline engine, will be built this month. Some of the world’s leading engineering companies such as Bosch Engineering, Mahle and the INA Schaeffler Group are assisting in the prototype development.

Based in West Springfield, Mass., with offices in Frankfurt, Germany, the Scuderi Group is a research and development company focused on proliferating its technology through innovation and licensing. Its revolutionary Scuderi Engine Technology is the most significant improvement in engine performance in over 130 years and can be applied to any internal combustion engine.
