DENSO Corporation received Ford Motor Company’s coveted Aligned Business Framework (ABF) award for its global supply of a full line up of Air Conditioning (AC) Compressors and Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) assemblies and modules at Ford’s 17(th )World Excellence Awards ceremony on May 21, 2015. DENSO was one of nine suppliers to receive this distinguished award. Also, Ford honored DENSO affiliate Michigan Automotive Compressor Inc. (MACI) with one of the company’s highest recognitions for suppliers – the Silver Award – which marks the second time in six years MACI has received a world excellence award.

The World Excellence Awards honor production and non-production suppliers that have exceeded Ford’s highest standards in cost, quality, technology and delivery, while at the same time embracing the ONE Ford mindset and helping the company deliver products with an unparalleled standard of excellence. Ford honored 32 suppliers out of their top 150 global suppliers at its annual recognition event. DENSO was one of 21 suppliers that received the recognition of the Silver World Excellence award.
