MSX International, Inc. announced it has established a partnership with Chrysler Group LLC for the management of all network related warranty processes in Europe. The deployment of MSXI’s proven warranty solutions is aimed at eliminating process waste at the dealer level, while streamlining claim validation and reimbursement.

This agreement expands the relationship between Fiat/Chrysler and MSXI, whose Warranty Solutions are being successfully implemented within Fiat Group Automobiles’ European network since 2007.
