Patriarch Partners Wins “Deal of the Year” Award for Acquisition of DURA Automotive Systems

At the annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards Gala held at the Waldorf Astoria in New York, Patriarch Partners, LLC was honored by the Global M&A Network with the 2010 Deal of the Year award for the firm’s acquisition of DURA Automotive Systems (“DURA”) which transaction closed in January. DURA is the largest independent designer and manufacturer of driver control systems and a leading supplier of structure and trim products for the global automotive industry.
