Unitronics Seals another deal for a State of the Art 272 Space Automated Parking Garage

Unitronics Automated Parking Solutions, the U.S. subsidiary of Unitronics, a leading global provider of industrial automation products, automated warehouses and automated parking solutions, announced it has executed an agreement to provide a 272 space Automated Vehicle Storage and Retrieval System (“AVSRS”), slated for completion in 2018, at 1504 Coney Island Avenue, a ground-up development, in Brooklyn, NY

“Our systems are being noticed throughout the design community as evidenced by the many awards (AIAOC, NPA, ASCE-MLAB, ASCE-LA, West Side Urban Forum) that the City of West Hollywood garage has attained.  In addition, our other garages have also received accolades from local community leaders and residents for ease of use and overall design characteristics,” stated Yair Goldberg, CEO of Unitronics Systems, Inc. In this particular case, adding an automated parking system instead of a conventional parking garage allowed the design team to have more flexibility of design thereby making this development a destination showcase in the community.
