Cosma Acquires VAB To Expand Stamping Capacity In Eastern Europe. The acquisition expands Cosma’s class-A and body structure stamping capacity and increases the company’s presence in the growing Eastern European market.

The VAB facility, located adjacent to a current Cosma assembly facility called Formpol, adds approximately 150,000 square feet of space to Cosma’s manufacturing footprint. The facilities will work together to provide global OEM customers with best-in-class body, chassis and module solutions.
