Asteelflash intends to strengthen its activities in the industrial automotive segment

Asteelflash strengthens its activities in the automotive segment with the international ISO TS 16949 standards certification on several of its production sites across the world, notably in Bad Hersfeld in Germany, Suzhou in China, Fremont on the West Coast of the United States and lastly in Tijuana, Mexico.

These activities are supported by Asteelflash Technologie, the group’s electronic expertise subsidiary, specializing in plastics and mechatronics in the automotive sector.

In a continuous incentive for improvement and customer support on an international level, the group thus strengthens its activity expansion strategy in the automotive sector. Asteelflash has already gained several important contracts in Germany, China, France and the United States due to its proven ability to respond to the needs and requirements of its customers in the professional automotive sector.

Recognition of a Quality Management System

“We are very pleased to have obtained this certification allowing us to reinforce our position in the international market and improve the performance and responsiveness of the company as a whole”, declares Gilles Benhamou, CEO of Asteelflash.

Since 2008, Asteelflash has placed quality at the heart of its concerns with the development of an industrial excellence system: Asteelflash Excellence System (AES). This initiative defines the implementation of a high level organization as well as a set of tools and methodologies that standardize the way products are designed and manufactured within the company.

“This is a real business project that has boosted and federated our teams and employees towards one common goal: anticipate and satisfy the needs and requirements of our customers by constantly improving the quality of our products and services “, concludes Gilles Benhamou.
