Marben Completes Validation of C-V2X Stack and Applications on Qualcomm Snapdragon Automotive 4G and 5G Platforms to Accelerate Commercialization by Global Automakers

Marben Products, S.A.S, announced the company’s plans to provide an advanced cellular vehicle-to-everything (C-V2X) solution featuring Marben’s software capabilities validated on Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ Automotive 4G and 5G Platforms. The validation of the latest Marben C-V2X software platform with the Snapdragon 4G and 5G Platforms, as well as with the Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 2150 Platform with Qualcomm® Aerolink™ Communication Technology, is designed to support global automakers and Tier-1 suppliers’ commercialization for next-generation telematics solutions featuring C-V2X capabilities. The solution is designed to support companies in the automotive ecosystem who not only utilizes wireless platforms from Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., but also those who utilize Marben’s C-V2X software, with the necessary applications, security and stack to manage vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) and vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) use cases.

Marben’s cost-effective software solution has been proven in multiple field test environments and is supported by various players in the C-V2X software and hardware ecosystem. Marben’s C-V2X platform has been used to demonstrate basic safety use cases, Vulnerable Road User (VRU), Red Light Violation Warning (RLVW), Left Turn Assist (LTA), and many other safety and mobility applications throughout the U.S., Europe and China, and has the flexibility to expand on any future use cases presented by consortiums or standard bodies. Marben’s V2X solution is compliant with MISRA, a coding standard required by automotive customers, as well as is compliant with ASPICE, a practice followed to develop software focused on ensuring the quality of the product.
