BSQUARE Provides One-Stop-Shop for Training and Engineering Services on the Microsoft Auto Platform

BSQUARE the leading software solutions provider to the global embedded device community, recentlt announced its selection by Microsoft as a Microsoft Auto training partner.

As a leading systems integrator currently working with Microsoft’s Automotive Business Unit on the Microsoft Auto platform, BSQUARE will develop multiple levels of training courses for automakers, automotive suppliers and a growing ecosystem of partners developing the future of in-car technology.

Currently working with a large U.S. automotive manufacturer, BSQUARE is involved with the automotive industry at all levels including automotive manufacturers, tier one automotive OEMs and after-market infotainment OEMs. It has well-established relationships with a wide range of technology vendors and solution delivery companies including semiconductors, contract manufacturers, navigation, voice, data communications, media, graphic rendering and others.

BSQUARE’s automotive consulting practice encompasses deep technical knowledge of the Microsoft Automotive product platform as an extension of its Windows Embedded expertise. In conjunction with BSQUARE’s training, engineering services and support, this additional technical capability allows OEMs and tier one automotive companies to select, adopt, develop and ship products and solutions that run Microsoft’s automotive products. BSQUARE has developed solutions for Microsoft Auto 3.0 and Windows Automotive 5.0, including a five-day training course for developers getting started with Microsoft Auto 3.0.

BSQUARE’s engineering team, with approximately 200 engineers in global offices, offers extensive experience developing complete in-vehicle infotainment systems for tier one automotive manufacturers including development of board support packages, high-end graphics and user interfaces and Bluetooth drivers.
